  1. What's a usage credit?

    One simple unit for the work your team does. A quick lookup spends a few; a deep, multi-step run spends more. Your plan includes a monthly pool — you only pay beyond it if you go over.

  2. Is the model API really included?

    Yes. Your monthly credits cover the frontier-model bill — no OpenAI/Anthropic key, no separate provider invoice, no token math.

  3. What happens when I hit my monthly limit?

    Nothing stops — you move to pay-as-you-go at a few cents per credit, and you can set a spend cap so a busy month can't surprise you. You only ever pay for the work beyond your plan. We share the exact per-credit rate when you apply.

  4. Can I move to Enterprise later?

    Yes — same app, same employees, same hand-offs. It runs on your own model, so the meter falls away and SSO, audit export, and single-tenant deployment layer on top.
